URBAN DICTIONARY: "A 32 ounce or half gallon bottle of beer, usually with a screw off cap and generally filled directly from the tap at small breweries and brew pubs as a means of selling beer to go."
At Savi we use a Counter Pressure Filling System with outstanding varieties of Craft Brews. It's a great way for people to get fresh, local beer to take home and enjoy. A Growler allows you to bring tapped draft beer delights where ever you go.
